Is OneFlow free for customers, dealers and fleets?
Free for personal, dealership and fleet accounts. Repair services billed separately. Free account access does not include the cost of repairs, parts or other services arranged with a shop.
How do I connect with a repair shop?
Create and verify your account, set up your workspace, then request a connection with a participating location. If you arrived through a location’s page, that location is carried into signup as your preference.
Will my past repairs appear immediately?
Your shop approves each connection before sharing existing records. Creating an account does not grant access to another person’s or business’s repair history. Personal vehicle records also require the shop to verify the vehicle connection.
Can I share access with family or coworkers?
Workspace owners can invite members. In a personal workspace, owners choose which vehicles to share. Business members can view the business’s approved shop records.
Who provides repair estimates and progress updates?
Your participating repair shop provides estimates and updates. Availability depends on your shop’s activity and the records it shares. Confirm pricing, scheduling and repair arrangements directly with your shop.
Does a banner’s branding change how OneFlow works?
A participating banner can personalize its logo, images, welcome message and contact details. The core OneFlow explanation, account benefits and free-account disclosure stay consistent.
